The Vanderbilt Diabetes Research and Training Center (DRTC) and The Vanderbilt Center for Diabetes Translation Research (CDTR) invite you to a scientific symposium to highlight diabetes research at Vanderbilt. The DRTC and CDTR, supported by individual grants from NIDDK at the NIH, strive to enhance diabetes research and to translate research findings from the laboratory to the clinic and to the community. Affiliated investigators conduct research ranging from basic science to clinical investigation to translational science.

This year's symposium will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Vanderbilt Diabetes Research and Training Center. The guests of honor will be Drs. Oscar D. Crofford and Daryl K. Granner.
Speakers include:
