VAPR: Services Master

Our newest service area utilizes ForteBIO's Octet-Red96 to provide multiplex label-free measurements of:

  • protein:protein
  • protein:small molecule
  • protein:peptide interactions>

The device provides real-time kinetics and quantitation data in a wide variety of assay formats.

It can also be used to analyze protein:lipid interactions, protein:DNA interactions, and to develop fully quantitative ELISA-replacement assays.

Given the diversity of biosensor options, most assays require little front-end optimization compared to other kinetic assay formats (Biacore, isothermal titration calorimetetry, etc.).
