This strain contains an Emerald fluorescent reporter followed by a V5 tag in frame in exon 28, just proximal to the stop codon, of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, or Egfr, gene.  This model was created to visualize Egfr trafficking both in vitro and in vivo.
