|Presentation Title||Using scRNA-seq to study epithelial plasticity in pancreatitis|
|Status||This meeting has already occurred|
Acinar to ductal metaplasia is a reparative program in the pancreas in response to injury, but is also considered to be the first step in tumorigenesis. To identify how the epithelium responds to injury and what cell types may progress to neoplasia, we conducted lineage tracing and scRNA-seq on injured pancreata and compared these populations to oncogene-induced ADM and human disease.
