Presentation Title | "Dissecting brain tumor response to therapy at single-cell resolution" |
Status | This meeting has already occurred |
Glioblastoma is a primary brain cancer with very poor prognosis despite aggressive standard of care therapy. Our current understanding of the effect of standard of care on tumor cells and how tumors ultimately recur is incomplete. Using mass cytometry we will investigate cell phenotypes that escape treatment and may contribute to tumor repopulation.
