My laboratory utilizes human induced pluripotent stem cell models to address interactions between environmental and genetic factors in the context of neurological disease. This seminar will discuss current studies aimed at interactions between metals and PARK2 and HTT pathogenic alleles associated with Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease and Huntington’s disease respectively.
