The presentation will cover the latest strategies involved in the generation of mesoderm and endoderm-derived tissues from pluripotent stem cells. Also the role of different signaling pathways in the regulation of early lineage commitment, strategies to promote maturation of differentiated populations, and discussion on potential applications of pluripotential stem cell-derived cell types and tissues.
