Presentation Title | Generation and characterization of a novel EGFR reporter mouse |
Status | This meeting has already occurred |
Dysregulation of EGFR signaling has been linked in many tumor models, and several therapeutic approaches are targeted at EGFR signaling inhibition. Although EGFR signaling is crucial in homeostasis and involved in many cellular responses , there is no reliable EGFR antibody to visualize its intracellular trafficking and dynamics in the mouse. We recently generated an EGFR reporter mouse via CRISPR/Cas9, and I will present our characterization regarding its expression in normal condition and upon stimulation.
