Human embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells offer unparalleled opportunities to study human biology and disease mechanisms in vitro.
Mimicking embryogenesis in vitro will be crucial towards producing mature cell types for clinical applications.
Dr. Nostro will discuss recent findings elucidating novel mechanisms that regulate pancreatic specification from hESCs.
