|Presentation Title||RNA aptamers targeting human pancreatic endocrine cells|
|Status||This meeting has already occurred|
The talk will be a summary of our attempts to generate 2F'-modified RNA aptamer sequences useful for in-vivo imaging and targeted delivery of therapeutics to human pancreatic islets. We have used a novel aptamer selection protocol using human-islet transplanted mice and high-throughput sequencing analysis to generate sequences of interest.
