Chelsea O'Hara

Chelsea previously worked in a psychobiology laboratory at Purdue University.  She came to to the Vanderbilt GSR in January 2009. She started out doing quality control on nucleic acids moving into downstreem Microarray processing.  Then, she started running gene expression assays using both Agilent and Affymetrix technology.  She started moving more towards Next Generation Sequencing early 2010.  She currently uses a variety of technologies to make both DNA and RNA libraries for sequencing on the Illumina HiSeq 2000.
