The Vanderbilt Genome Editing Resource (VGER)
assists investigators in generating, maintaining, and storing
germline-altered mice. The resource has been in existence for
over 27 years and has generated over 2,700 transgenic founder mice
from over 700 different DNA constructs and 5,000 chimeric mice from
over 800 different mouse ES cell clones to produce over 160
different gene-targeted mice. Since 2013, VGER has used
CRISPR/Cas9 to produce over 140 precise gene mutations in mice for
more than 55 investigators.
We have many years of experience in generating novel transgenic
mouse models and are happy to discuss your project with you.
We provide the following services on a fee-for-service
basis:

fee-for-service basis (please see notification letter).
