The Metabolic Physiology Shared Resource (MPSR) provides a range of animal model systems to investigators working in the areas of diabetes and metabolism. It also offers surgical and experimental services, with limited analytical capacity in blood glucose and serology. Core personnel can assist in both small and large animal experiments, with an emphasis on procedures needed to study conscious, unrestrained animals.
