The mission of the Vanderbilt Hormone Assay & Analytical Services Core is to facilitate diabetes, endocrine, and metabolic research across a range of species. Our objective is to provide sensitive, reproducible, and inexpensive analyses of hormones, amino acids, catecholamines, lipids, stable isotopes, purine nucleotides, and markers of oxidative stress and inflammation. The core offers investigators access to assays which are not readily available, assistance with method development, training, technical support, and access to research space and personnel.
